Warning college can be bad for your
health!
Many students do not eat right, exercise, and get enough
sleep.
You're busy, so if you're not the perfect model of good
health, don't beat yourself up! The trick is to
incorporate small, healthful habits into your life. By
doing so, you'll feel better both physically and
emotionally and will be better able to navigate the
sometimes stressful college experience.

So how do you stay healthy on a college campus?
This series of workshops is designed to provide you with
specific tools, tips and practices that you can use
today to improve your health and wellbeing.
Each week we will bring you practical tips and advice on
a wide range of topics. You may attend any or all
of these workshops, and they are open to the entire
UMass Boston community.
This series would not be possible without the assistance
of both on campus and community partners. We are
grateful to each of our presenters for their generosity
in sharing with us their knowledge, skills, and
experience.

help reduce stress levels and can help our minds, bodies and
hearts feel healthier and happier. In this class, you will
