Mindful Mondays at UMass Boston
Spring 2009
 |

Mindfulness can increase life enjoyment,
improve the ability to cope with illness, and improve
physical and emotional health. This series of workshops
will focus on a variety of practices which incorporate
mindfulness as a tool for enhancing personal health &
wellness.

|
You may attend any or all of these
workshops, and they are open to the entire UMass Boston
community. No prior experience with mindfulness is
required.
This series would not be possible without the assistance
